Skin Rejuvenation

Advanced Skin
Rejuvenation

Peels, microneedling, Morpheus8 and IPL photofacials. Four different ways to treat the skin, matched to what is actually bothering you.

Where To Start

Four Technologies, One Question

Chemical peels resurface. Microneedling rebuilds collagen. Morpheus8 delivers radiofrequency energy below the surface to tighten. IPL uses light to break up pigment and close down vessels. They are not interchangeable, and the right one depends entirely on what you want to change.

So we start with the concern rather than the machine. Below you will find the full menu with pricing, but if you are not sure where to begin, start with the concern list and we will confirm the plan at your consultation.

Start With The Concern

What Do You Want To Change

A starting point, not a prescription. Your provider will confirm what suits your skin type and history at your consultation.

Sun Damage and Sun Spots

Years on the Grand Strand leave their mark. Broad-spectrum light breaks up pigment so the skin can clear it.

IPL Photofacial or Vi Peel Precision Plus

Melasma and Uneven Tone

Stubborn hormonal pigmentation that sits deeper than a surface discoloration and needs a formula built for it.

Vi Peel Precision Plus

Acne Scarring

Pitted and textured scarring responds to controlled injury that prompts the skin to rebuild collagen underneath.

Microneedling or Nano EX

Fine Lines and Early Aging

The first lines that stay visible at rest, plus the loss of glow that usually arrives with them.

PDO AfterGlo or Vi Peel Advanced

Laxity and Sagging

Skin that has lost its snap along the jawline, jowls and neck needs energy delivered below the surface.

Morpheus8

Redness and Broken Capillaries

Visible vessels and persistent flushing across the cheeks and nose respond well to light therapy.

IPL Photofacial

Large Pores and Rough Texture

Congestion and roughness that makeup sits in rather than covers.

Microneedling

Dull, Tired Skin

No single flaw, just skin that has stopped reflecting light the way it used to.

LumenVy Microneedling or Collagen PIN

Stretch Marks and Body Texture

Crepey skin, cellulite and stretch marks on the body, not just the face.

Collagen PIN or Morpheus8 Body

Resurfacing

Chemical Peels

A controlled exfoliation that lifts damaged surface skin so newer, more even skin comes through underneath. Both VI Peel formulas are medical grade, and peeling typically runs a few days.

VI Peel

Vi Peel Advanced

$299

Formulated for mature or aging skin, targeting deeper wrinkles, fine lines and laxity. It enhances collagen stimulation while tackling sun damage and texture change, leaving the skin rejuvenated and more youthful.

Best for: Deeper wrinkles, sun damage and loss of firmness.

Vi Peel Precision Plus

$299

Formulated specifically for stubborn pigmentation, including melasma, sun spots and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It promotes an even skin tone and addresses acne scarring and dark patches for a clearer complexion.

Best for: Melasma, sun spots and post-acne discoloration.

VI Peel Package of 3Best Value

$600save $297

Mix and match between the Advanced and Precision Plus formulas across three peels, so your plan can shift as your skin responds. A saving of $300 against booking the three individually.

Collagen Induction

Microneedling

Fine needles create controlled micro-channels that trigger the skin to rebuild collagen, while a serum is infused during treatment. The four tiers below differ by the serum and the device, so the choice is really about how much regenerative support you want.

Microneedling Treatments

Microneedling with LumenVyStart Here

$349

Our entry-level regenerative microneedling, enhanced with LumenVy, a growth factor serum infused into the skin during treatment to boost hydration, support collagen production and accelerate renewal. Ideal for refreshing dull skin, refining pores and improving texture.

Best for: First-time microneedling clients wanting brighter, smoother, healthier skin.

Microneedling with PDO AfterGlo

$399

Microneedling combined with a collagen-supporting PDO serum to improve firmness, soften fine lines, reduce acne scars and restore a luminous complexion, with minimal downtime.

Best for: Early signs of aging, acne scars, enlarged pores and skin texture.

Collagen PIN Microneedling with 24K Gold Mask

$499

Our premium Collagen P.I.N. treatment, enhanced with regenerative Exole serum and a 24K gold mask to calm, hydrate and illuminate. It improves acne scars, fine lines, texture, stretch marks and dull skin while revealing a healthy, radiant glow.

Best for: Faster healing, increased collagen production and a luxurious glow.

Nano EX MicroneedlingMost Advanced

$699

Our most advanced regenerative microneedling. Nano EX pairs precision microneedling with our most advanced regenerative technology to dramatically boost collagen, accelerate repair and deliver maximum improvement in texture, pores, acne scars, fine lines, firmness and overall radiance.

Best for: Advanced aging, acne scarring, laxity and maximum collagen stimulation.

All four build collagen. The difference is depth of technology and the serum infused during treatment. Most concerns respond best to a series rather than a single session.

Non-Surgical Lifting

PDO Threads

The middle ground between filler and surgery. Threads reposition tissue that has descended rather than adding volume to disguise it, and they stimulate collagen along their path as they dissolve.

Thread Treatments

PDO Threads

By consultation

Dissolvable polydioxanone threads placed under the skin to lift and reposition tissue that has descended, most often along the jawline, the mid-face and the brow. The lift is immediate; the collagen the threads stimulate as they dissolve is what keeps working over the following months.

Best for: Early jowling and a softening jawline, without surgery.

Treatment areas, face: Cheeks and midface, jowls, jawline, lower face, brows and neck.

Treatment areas, body: Abdomen, upper arms, inner thighs, above the knees and buttocks.

PDO Smooth Threads

$499consultation required

Fine smooth threads placed to stimulate collagen rather than to lift. Used on crepey skin, fine lines and areas that need thickening rather than repositioning.

Popular treatment areas: Neck, decollete, cheeks, under eyes, and fine lines around the mouth.

Threads are placed by a provider after an in-person assessment. How many are needed, and where, depends entirely on your anatomy, so a consultation is required before treatment and lifting threads are quoted at that visit.

Regenerative

Regenerative Therapies

Treatments that work with your own biology rather than adding a product on top of it. Slower to show than a filler and longer lasting when they do.

Regenerative Menu

Nano PRP Jelly

$899consultation required

Your own platelet-rich plasma processed into a jelly and placed where the skin needs structural support. Because it comes from you, there is nothing foreign introduced.

Best for: Under-eye hollowing, thinning skin and overall quality.

PDGF Rejuvenation Therapy

$799consultation required

A regenerative treatment designed to support your skin’s natural renewal process and improve the appearance of skin quality, texture, tone and overall radiance. PDGF may be used on its own or paired with treatments such as microneedling or Morpheus8 to complement your personalized skin rejuvenation plan.

Best for: Clients looking to improve overall skin quality, texture and visible signs of aging.

Regenerative results build over weeks rather than appearing on the day, and they are usually planned as a course. Individual results vary.

Radiofrequency Microneedling

Morpheus8

Microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered through the needles, reaching deeper layers than microneedling alone. This is the treatment for skin that has loosened rather than skin that has discolored.

Morpheus8

Morpheus8 Face

By consultation

Known for its anti-aging results. From tightening and contouring sagging skin to smoothing fine lines and wrinkles, this skin rejuvenation technology is excellent for minimizing the signs of aging. Popular for the face, jowls, jawline and neck.

Best for: Laxity along the jawline, jowls and neck.

Morpheus8 Body

By consultation

Microneedling combined with radiofrequency energy to reach deeper layers of the skin. It stimulates collagen production, improving texture and elasticity while reducing the appearance of cellulite and sagging. Suitable for a range of body areas, minimally invasive and with little downtime.

Best for: Loose skin, crepey texture and cellulite on the body.

Morpheus8 is priced after assessment because treatment depth and the number of areas vary considerably. Ask at your consultation.

Intense Pulsed Light

IPL Photofacial

IPL uses intense pulses of light to target sun damage, brown spots, redness, visible blood vessels and unwanted pigmentation for clearer, brighter, more even-looking skin. Treatments can be performed on the face and body, including pigmented surgical scars and areas of discoloration. We treat the face, neck, decollete, hands, back, legs and thighs.

Full Menu And Pricing

IPL Lives On Our Facials Page

Rather than list the same thirteen treatments in two places, the complete IPL menu, every area and every price sits with our facial treatments. Face at $299, hands at $149, the three-session Glow package at $799, and Beauty Bank member rates on face and decollete.

Photofacials work as a course. Expect three to six treatments for the best result, spaced to let the skin clear between sessions.

Your Appointment

How Treatment Runs

01

Skin Assessment

We look at your skin type, your history of sun exposure and any previous treatment, then match the technology to the concern.

02

Prep

Some treatments need a few weeks of preparation and a break from retinoids or active acids. We will tell you what to stop and when.

03

Treatment

Numbing where it is needed, though IPL does not call for it. Downtime runs from three to seven days with IPL to several days of peeling with a VI Peel.

04

The Series

Most of these work as a course. We book the next session at the interval your skin needs and reassess as you go.

These are medical treatments. Suitability depends on your skin type, your medical history and your recent sun exposure. Active infection, some medications including isotretinoin, pregnancy and a recent tan can all rule a treatment out or delay it. Tell your provider everything you are taking and using at your consultation. Sun protection before and after is not optional, particularly with IPL and peels. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Paying For Treatment

Spread The Cost If You Prefer

Treatment can be paid in full or financed with Affirm on orders over $50, so you can spread the cost over time rather than all at once. You will see the option at checkout.

Viva Beauty Bank members pay $199 for an IPL face treatment and $299 for the decollete, on top of the balance credited to their account each month.

Common Questions

Before You Book

Is an IPL photofacial the same as a laser facial?

No. A laser produces one single wavelength of light. IPL is intense pulsed light, a broad band of wavelengths delivered in pulses, which is why one IPL session can work on brown pigment and redness at the same time. The two get talked about interchangeably, but they are different technologies. If you are after laser specifically, we also offer laser hair removal and laser lipo.

Which should I book, a peel or microneedling?

Peels work on the surface, so they suit pigmentation, tone and texture. Microneedling works underneath, so it suits scarring, pores and collagen loss. Plenty of treatment plans use both at different points, staged so the skin is not being pushed on two fronts at once.

How many sessions will I need?

Photofacials generally take three to six treatments. Microneedling and peels usually work best as a series of three or more. Some concerns settle after one, and your provider will tell you honestly which of those you are.

Can I have these treatments with a tan?

Not with IPL, and generally not with a peel. Light-based treatment targets pigment, and a fresh tan is pigment. We will ask you to come in without recent sun exposure and to stay protected between sessions, which in Myrtle Beach means planning around your summer.

What is the difference between microneedling and Morpheus8?

Both use needles to trigger collagen. Morpheus8 adds radiofrequency energy delivered through those needles, which reaches deeper tissue and is why it is the option for tightening loose skin rather than refining the surface.

How much downtime should I plan for?

IPL is close to none. Microneedling leaves the skin red for a day or two, much like sunburn. A VI Peel actively peels for several days, so book it with your calendar in mind and at least two weeks ahead of any event.

Do these treat the body as well as the face?

Yes. IPL covers the neck, decollete, hands, back, lower legs and upper thighs. Collagen PIN addresses stretch marks, and Morpheus8 Body treats loose skin and cellulite.
