Facial
Balancing

A full-face approach to dermal filler. Your consultation is complimentary and always includes a personalized treatment plan.

The Approach

We Treat The Face, Not The Feature

Facial balancing is one of the most transformative non-surgical treatments available. Using premium dermal fillers we enhance your natural features, restore youthful volume and create harmony throughout the face without changing what makes you uniquely you.

Rather than treating a single area, we take a full-face approach, carefully assessing your proportions to achieve elegant, balanced, natural-looking results. Whether you are after a more defined jawline, lifted cheeks, enhanced lips, improved chin projection or softer under eyes, every treatment is built around your goals.

Very often the area you came in worried about improves because we treated something else entirely. The result should not read as filler. It should read as you, rested and in proportion.

Your Appointment

How Treatment Runs

01

Full-Face Assessment

We look at proportion, volume loss and asymmetry across the whole face, discuss your goals and review your medical history. This part is free.

02

The Plan

A staged plan in order of impact, with the product and amount for each area and the full cost, before anything begins.

03

Treatment

Topical numbing first, then placement using cannula or needle depending on the area. Most appointments run 30 to 60 minutes.

04

Review

We see you again once swelling has settled to check the result and decide together whether to move on to the next stage.

What We Use

The Right Product For The Job

Different areas of the face need different materials. Your provider will explain which one is going where, and why, before you agree to anything.

RHA, Hyaluronic Acid

A resilient hyaluronic acid gel that adds volume immediately and holds its shape where structure is needed, while staying flexible in areas that move. Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the skin and can be dissolved if a result ever needs adjusting, which is why it is our default for lips and delicate areas.

Radiesse, Calcium Hydroxylapatite

Microspheres suspended in a gel that give an immediate lift and then stimulate your own collagen over the following months. Best suited to structural work on cheeks, jawline and nasolabial folds, with results typically lasting a year or more.

Sculptra, Collagen Stimulator

Rather than filling a space, Sculptra prompts your body to rebuild collagen across a series of treatments. The change arrives gradually over several months and suits broad areas of volume loss, as well as acne scarring and body dents.

Paying For Treatment

Spread The Cost If You Prefer

Treatment can be paid in full or financed with Affirm on orders over $50, so you can spread the cost over time rather than all at once. You will see the option at checkout.

Viva Beauty Bank members save $100 on dermal filler, on top of the balance credited to their account each month.

Common Questions

Before You Book

Will I look overdone?

That look comes from treating one feature repeatedly without reference to the rest of the face. Facial balancing is the opposite discipline. We treat conservatively, stage the plan across visits, and review before adding anything further.

Should I book by area or by product?

If you know what is bothering you, book the area. If your provider has already recommended a specific product, book that. If you are not sure, book the complimentary consultation and we will work it out together before you spend anything.

How much filler will I need?

It depends on the area and on how much volume has been lost. Some people see a clear change from a single syringe, others build over several appointments. Your provider will tell you honestly what it will take, including when the answer is that filler is not the right treatment for what is bothering you.

Does it hurt?

We use topical numbing, and most modern fillers contain a local anesthetic. Most clients describe pressure rather than pain. Lips are the most sensitive area and we take extra time there.

What is the downtime?

You can go back to your day immediately. Expect some swelling, and bruising is possible in any injected area. If you have an event coming up, book at least two weeks ahead.

Can it be reversed?

Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme. We offer a Dissolve Filler Treatment at $250, including for filler placed somewhere else. Radiesse and Sculptra cannot be dissolved, which is one reason we are selective about where and when we use them.

How long do results last?

It depends on the product and the area. Hyaluronic acid fillers typically last six to eighteen months, Radiesse often a year or more, and Sculptra builds collagen that lasts well beyond the treatment series. Areas that move constantly, such as the lips, break product down faster than structural areas like the chin and jawline.

Can injectables help acne scars?

Yes, for pitted scars specifically, though not with filler. Subcision releases the fibrous bands tethering the scar down, and Sculptra, a collagen biostimulator rather than a filler, rebuilds tissue underneath it. It is a series rather than a single visit, and the same approach works on dents left behind after fat removal.
