Appointment Policy

 

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time.  If our protocols allow, we will try to perform your entire treatment in the remaining time. However, reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee (see cancellation Policies of Appointment for details).

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Credit Cards will be required to reserve all appointment times. Credit card information is stored within a secure portion of our software, and complete credit card information cannot be viewed once submitted.  At Viva La Skin, your appointments are essential to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged $50 to your on-file credit card.   If you are ten or more minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting our punctual clients. If we cannot take you when you arrive, you will be charged $50 to the card on file.

If a client has no shown or canceled after the 48-hour policy window, the client will then be required to prepay for future services at the time of booking. The amount of the prepaid service is nonrefundable if the policy is violated. If the appointment is canceled within our policy window, the amount will be credited to the client’s account for future use. 

We respect our providers’ time as they are typically booked in advance. We appreciate you understanding our policy. This will only allow us to provide you and future patients with the best service. 

You agree to our cancellation/ No-show Policy by scheduling an appointment at Viva La Skin.

 

Results

 

 

Please keep in mind that the results are not guaranteed. Many variables beyond our control affect the procedure outcomes, especially individual expectations. We maintain our equipment and continue staff education and training regarding technique. Sometimes the human body does not respond as well as we would like. Lifestyle choices, diet, exercise, hydration, prior skin damage, sun exposure, and many other factors affect the final results. All of our patients are unique and have unique needs and expectations. Please discuss your treatment expectations with us before your treatment because there are no refunds.

 

No Refund/Exchange Policy for Medical Grade Products

 

  At Viva La Skin, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality medical-grade products and retail items. To maintain the integrity and safety of our offerings, we have established the following no refund/exchange policy:

 

1. No Refunds or Exchanges:

  • All sales of medical-grade products and retail items are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products purchased.

 

2. Adverse Reactions:

  •  If you experience an adverse reaction to any product purchased from Viva La Skin, please contact us immediately.

  •  We will liaise with the manufacturer of the product in question to address your concerns and follow their established process for handling such situations.
